for life

little, simple, everyday things are much more important than yearly celebrations and shopping trips to the mall. sadly, we don't realise this often. this poem saves one such moment about life, for life...

in front of the mirror you sit
a comb through your hair i flit
talking
learning
sharing
untangling life, bit by bit

as we love one another
We learn about life
And ourselves

One strand at a time
We are all connected

It is the quiet reflective and simple moments that make a life.

To be fully immersed in the now.

Combing the hair, how divine.
