i don't know actually i do my blogging from office and in word 2007 there is an option when u choose the new button to whether make a new document or a new blog post i chose blog post, aligned it with my blogger account (the first time) and voila! now i can publish posts directly from my word and nobody gets a hint! smart na? ;)
